    We’re excited to share that after nearly three years of nurturing, growing and supporting our candidate community as a Candidate Manager, Hope Penwell is taking the next step in her journey - joining our Operations team as an Operations Coordinator!   Hope’s meticulous attention to detail, love of a spreadsheet, and calm, collaborative approach make her a perfect fit for the team. We’re thrilled she’ll be working alongside Sarah and Joanna to help drive even greater efficiency and support behind the scenes.   She’s been a key part of our permanent recruitment team, and while we’ll miss her in that space, we know she’ll bring the same care and dedication to her new role.   Congratulations, Hope!
