Today, we hosted our very own Juniper Training Dragon’s Den 🐉 It was a brilliant opportunity for colleagues to pitch their ideas to our very own Dragons (aka Lesley Holland MA (HRM),Chartered MCIPD, Tara Hughes, Sam Broomhall, Jon Eagle and Michelle Roberts)! Our entrepreneurs had just 10 minutes to sell their vision, highlight the benefits, tackle the challenges, and cost it all out. 💡💬 From tech innovations and charity initiatives to fresh ideas for staff engagement, the pitches could be packed with creativity and passion. The Dragons listened intently (no interruptions allowed! 😉), and when they saw potential, they jumped in to support and help bring those ideas to life. 🐲✨ A huge thank you to Norbert Csorba and Jodie Toovey for taking part, your energy and enthusiasm were inspiring! 💛 #HelloYellow for World Mental Health Day! 💛 On 10th October, our colleagues and learners across Juniper Training wore yellow to show their support for YoungMinds and to raise awareness this World Mental Health Day. ⚽ The crossbar challenge is ON! ⚽ Hednesford Town FC scholarship students may have only been with us a few weeks, but they’re already showing great teamwork while working towards their NCFE Level 3 in Sport and Physical Activity. 💪 Juniper Sports, our sports provision, blends physical activity with classroom learning, building skills, confidence and a career pathways in sport. But it’s also important to have fun along the way, which is why we throw in challenges like this one. At Juniper Training, we want to deliver a first-class experience to all of our learners. To do this, our teams are always keeping up to date with changes and finding ways to improve our delivery. 🌟 cara Thomas, Faye Baker, Joanne Partridge and Charanjit Gill attended the Childcare & Education Expo in Coventry Building Society Arena. It was an inspiring day packed with learning opportunities, from connecting with industry experts such as Dingley's Promise Training and Building Inclusion in the Early Years, to exploring innovative approaches like “Nature School - Where the Wild Ones Learn”. They also had a chance to speak with an Ofsted inspector about the upcoming November changes. We’re so proud of our staff for investing in their own professional development, and we’re excited to see the new ideas and insights they’ll bring back to strengthen our delivery. 🙌 #ProfessionalDevelopment #ChildcareExpo #Ofsted
