It’s Black History Month and we asked colleagues across L&C - “Who inspires you?” Their answers were powerful, personal, and a reminder of the incredible impact of Black excellence, resilience and leadership. This year’s theme, “Standing Firm in Power and Pride”, is a powerful tribute to the strength, self-belief and unwavering commitment to progress that defines the Black community. It encourages us all to stand firm in our values, to take pride in who we are and to uplift others so every voice can be heard.
