The deal brings together two of the Netherlands’ most recognisable stroller brands, with both companies set to continue operating independently while leveraging shared commercial and strategic synergies. The move aims to fast-track international expansion and innovation in a highly fragmented global market. Backed by Gimv since 2016, Joolz has grown into a globally recognised premium brand, known for its sustainability-driven, design-led products. With a presence in over 60 countries, it now joins forces with Bugaboo, a global category leader with an established footprint across Europe, the Americas, APAC, and the Middle East.
