The project will transform a previously underutilised site into a sustainable, high-quality five-storey office building, totalling approximately 114,000 sq ft. Targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding', the scheme is designed to meet modern office standards and attract long-term tenants, featuring green roofs and terraces, improved pedestrian experiences at street level, and gym facilities. 🎓 𝗦𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 We're delighted to welcome our second cohort of Degree Apprentices, made up of Apprentice Quantity Surveyors Ben, Tomas, Cathair and Eve, and Apprentice Construction Site Supervisors Farook, Leon and Gagandeep. Over the next five years, they will study part-time towards fully funded BSc Honours degrees at Ulster University in Belfast and the University of Westminster in London, while gaining invaluable industry experience through practical learning and paid employment with our expert teams.
