  • What makes a great gift? 🎁 We've been working on a new range of curated Gift Boxes featuring products from our start-up community. So this week we're taking a day out of the kitchen to showcase them at Employee Benefits Live. Tomorrow and Thursday (1–2 October) will be at ExCeL London, trying to convince HR, People and Employee Experience leaders to give their people gifts that taste great and do good. Come and find us at Stand D5 — where Max Rose will be showcasing our latest Gift Box collections and inviting you to sample some of the incredible snacks produced by some of the independent makers in our community. These boxes offer a purpose-led alternative to traditional corporate gifting, each one supports small businesses, founders from diverse backgrounds and businesses taking sustainability seriously. Many of the products featured are made right here at Mission Kitchen. If someone from your organisation is attending, come say hello, find out more, and taste what’s inside. If you're interested in finding out more about our gifting services, drop us a DM. #EmployeeBenefitsLive #EBLive25 #MissionKitchen #EmployeeExperience #CorporateGifting #GiftingWithPurpose

⚡Electric energy at Mission Kitchen last night. Walking through the stalls, I met so many entrepreneurs, each with a story, a mission and a product they’re pouring their heart into. A glimpse into the future of food! I was especially proud to see some of our Starter Programme members Ananda Eidelstein Roseanne Cole and Temi O. in the mix. They’ve been putting into practice the things we cover each week, from refining their “why”, to testing formats in real-world settings, to securing those first 10–50 stockists that form the foundation of growth. ➡️ The YF Starter Programme helps early-stage FMCG founders go from zero to £10k/month in sales. Faster, smarter and with fewer mistakes. It’s subsidised by YF and runs for up to 3 years. We're in it for the long term, so if you're ready to apply, let’s talk.

✨ Mission Market Year 2 ✨ What a day. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words just how much energy and inspiration was packed into one room. We had: - Members (new and old) showing up with so much passion for what they’re building. - Buyers and investors, curious and engaged, looking for the next big thing. - A buzzing atmosphere where conversations flowed, connections were made, and opportunities opened up. It’s events like this that remind me why Mission Market exists in the first place, to give founders a platform. Whether you’re at the very beginning of your journey or already scaling, having the chance to put your product in front of people who can shape its future is invaluable. Biggest shout out to the dream team Isabella, Viola, Blaze, April, Shanice, Max, Charlie, and Chris – who pulled everything together and made it seamless. These events don’t just happen, and it takes a lot of behind-the-scenes graft to make them feel this effortless. (Images attached) One of my highlights? Seeing new product drops happening right on the floor. 👀 cough Giuliana Pimenta and those new spreads… absolutely delicious. It’s amazing to look around the room and see how much this community has grown in just two years. From early-stage hustlers to more established brands, everyone brought something different to the table – and that mix is what makes Mission Market so special. Can’t wait to see where Year 3 takes us 🚀 Mission Kitchen #MissionMarket #FoodInnovation #Community #FoodStartups

Dear Mission Kitchen, 💕 Thank you for seeing something in the girl who applied with "hormone-smart snacks" and probably sounded slightly unhinged talking about periods and protein bars in the same sentence. Guys, when I applied for this I was like "there's no way they'll pick the girl with the period snack idea who doesn't even have finished products yet" 😅 WRONG. ✨ Mission Kitchen just became my new home for the next 12 months and honestly? This changes EVERYTHING for Rollercoaster. 🚀 Thank you for giving me 365 days to figure this out properly. Here's why this is MASSIVE: 🏢 Professional kitchen space (goodbye, testing recipes in my tiny flat) 👥 Community of actual food founders who share similar problem statements 📚 Access to mentors who've been where I'm trying to go CC - Bonnie Chung & Grace Regan - can't thank you enough 💡 Being around people who understand why "hormone-smart snacks" isn't crazy 🛒 Direct access to Buyers & community events The timing couldn't be more perfect - just as we're fixing those disaster samples and getting ready for proper production. 💪 To everyone who's ever felt like their "niche" idea was too weird - sometimes the right people see exactly what you're building and want to help you build it better. 🫶 Mission Kitchen, thank you for believing in period snacks before they even exist properly. Love and eternal gratitude to the wonderful Rose Wilk-Mullis & the entire team at MK Isabella Mahoney Viola Patacconi & Shanice Bryce P.S. - To everyone watching this journey, we just leveled UP in a major way 🚀 #Rollercoasterhealth #MissionKitchen #londonfoodfounder #CPG

🍔 This summer special is a collab with two American ex-pats bringing big Southern American flavours to the UK. 💚 Georgia-born Jane (aka Homewrecker) is busy making pimento cheese famous over here too – it’s a blend of cheddar, cream cheese, mayo and sweet peppers. Meanwhile, Eva is also bringing Southern American magic with her Garden of Eva Chow Chow, a tangy, pickled mustard relish that cuts through all rich American foods. 🤤💚 This burger is topped with bacon, pimento cheese, BBQ mayo, chow chow pickle relish and lettuce. Available as Double Smashed, Classic Beef or Honest Fried Chicken until 13 October. #seasonalspecial #collaboration

While most people were jetting off on summer holidays in August, I was… giving more tours than ever! 🐝 Apparently August is the month food founders get serious about September plans – whether it’s finding a kitchen to kickstart production ahead of Christmas (can’t believe I’m already saying the C-word 🎄) or searching for a place to plug into a community of buyers, founders, and industry leaders. So while London slowed down, Mission Kitchen was buzzing. And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💛 Now we’re rolling full speed into September – the tours continue, the coffee is strong, and the countdown to Mission Market is officially ON. 🚀 Who else skipped the summer slowdown? #kitchen #missionmarket #buyeropportunities #foodbusinesses #community
