🥁 It's Talent Tuesday! And today we're introducing you to our driver Mica 🙌 In 2022, Mica joined Müller as a Class 2 HGV driver, looking for better work-life balance. She'd no prior HGV experience, but she embraced the challenge, and Müller supported her with a dedicated mentor on the road to help build her confidence 🚦 Just six months later, her hard work was recognised, and she was given the chance to train for her Class 1 licence 💪 Her dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Talent Tuesday! 🥁 🗓️ On Tuesdays, we're going to introduce you to some of our amazing team here at Müller UK & Ireland - starting with the super Amelia Sharples 🤝 🎨 After studying Art and Design at Leeds with a year in industry, Amelia gained hands-on experience in a textiles business in Chelsea and then joined Müller as a Packaging Intern. Her talent and drive quickly earned her a full-time role in the packaging team here at Müller after graduation💼✨   Just a year later, Amelia transitioned into the newly formed Studio Team as a Junior Designer, where she took the lead on major projects managing up to 30 people! 🚀 This opportunity not only boosted her confidence but also deepened her understanding of cross-functional collaboration across the business. We also offered Amelia the opportunity to complete our Front Line Manager leadership course, which she acknowledges as a turning point in her career📚💡 Amelia thrives at Müller thanks to the continuous support, training, and a culture that feels like a community. 🎓 Welcoming future talent at Müller UK & Ireland! 🎓 Las week we wrapped up our Graduate Induction Days, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome our first-ever cohort of 16 graduates to Müller! Over two days, our new starters got to know who we are as a business, explored the power of building networks across the organisation, and took part in an Insights Discovery session, a fantastic way to better understand themselves and how to collaborate effectively with others. This marks a new chapter for Müller UK & Ireland. It’s our first official graduate programme, and it reflects our commitment to supporting early careers and investing in future talent. 🛠️ The programme runs for two years (three for Finance), offering a structured development journey which builds both technical expertise and soft skills, helping our graduates grow into confident, capable professionals.
