Where has time gone?! It seems like only yesterday we were pacing the venue trying to figure out the best place for our new stage to go…. Now we have a stage, and are only 2 weeks away from opening a brand new, heavily evolved The Piano Works in Cardiff. 55 new team members inducted this week and our training is well underway. We’ve been on a journey and taken a brand with zero ‘infrastructure’ to a place of having clear values, training pathways, new design concepts, evolved performance levels and so much more in the space of six months - an incredible team effort from all involved! Now for the fun part - final week of offsite training and then we get the keys and start to make some noise! Open from May 30th and VIP party on Thursday 5th June!
