A huge congratulations to Mark, Rosi, Andra, and Danny, who took part in Sunday’s Race for Life to support Cancer Research UK. The team did an incredible job, not only completing the race with big smiles and brilliant energy, but also raising over £900 in the process! Oakray Secures Place on FUSION21 Decarbonisation Framework – Lot 2 We are delighted to announce that Oakray has been awarded a place on Lot 2 of the FUSION21 Decarbonisation Framework, a key national procurement platform designed to support public sector organisations in achieving their carbon reduction and net-zero goals. This latest framework, valued at up to £750 million, provides a compliant and efficient route to market for delivering energy efficiency and retrofit works across the UK. Oakray’s successful appointment to Lot 2—focused on Installations (Medium Value Projects)—recognises our capabilities in delivering sustainable, future-ready solutions that meet the evolving demands of environmental responsibility and building performance. Our services under Lot 2 will include: Decarbonisation of Public & Education Buildings (worth up to £250 million) – offers solutions for energy efficiency measures to non-domestic buildings in UK, including fabric, renewables, building management system and controls, and improvement works, with appointed suppliers committed to working to the new PAS2038:2021 standard. This major new framework is designed to support the UK’s ambitious goals for reducing carbon emissions and upgrading social housing and public sector buildings with low-carbon technologies. The N9 framework spans a wide range of services, including consultancy, building insulation, low-carbon heating systems, and electrical services such as solar PV and EV charging. As a key partner, Oakray will be instrumental in helping local authorities and housing associations meet the target of reducing emissions by 81% by 2035.
