This week our OCU Graduates took part in a two-day development workshop in Edale in the Peak District.   They took part in a number of activities set to challenge, push comfort zones, enhance knowledge and grow confidence. The full itinerary included:   - Coaching, mentoring, and training skills workshop  - Communication skills exercises - Business updates - Development of a charity initiative in support of the OCU Foundation - Outdoor exercises to develop further teamwork and confidence   It also provided the group the opportunity to work together in person and get to know more about each other's roles within the Group. Following our appointment by SSEN, as delivery partner for their transformative system upgrade, our teams will be enhancing network resilience and delivering upgrades across the Shetlands and Moray.
