Some people use their annual leave to catch up on sleep. But not our Director of Service Operations, Louise H.!   While most of us are switching off emails, Lou is taking on altitude, avalanches (hopefully not), and 100km of mountain trail - all in a bid to conquer Everest basecamp by the end of the week.   From Kilimanjaro to Cardiff Bay, Lou’s no stranger to a challenge - but this one’s a biggie. In classrooms across the Welsh Valleys, pupils are taking on a top-secret mission. Their brief? Build a secure messaging system no one can hack – and learn what it takes to stay safe online. In partnership with the Royal Academy of Engineering and engineers from across Ogi, we’re turning STEM lessons into spy school, reimagining how we teach digital literacy in primary classrooms.

Big ideas don’t get off the ground without someone like Alexandra (Lex).  She’s the one connecting the dots between “what if?” and “all done”. RAN, Core and OSS might be alphabet soup to some – but IT is a second language to Lex.  From blueprint to build, she sees the whole picture and brings it to life.  At Ogi we say a problem shared is a problem solved – and Lex has the map, the plan, and probably a Plan B too.
