Age discrimination continues to quietly shape hiring decisions and workplace dynamics - the data makes that clear. But behind the numbers are real people, real stories, and real biases we often don’t talk about. So today, I chose to show up differently. No makeup. A few greys showing. Not because I didn’t have time, but because I wanted to challenge the norms that tell us what ‘professional’ should look like. This video is a small act of resistance, a nod to the countless individuals who feel unseen or undervalued because of their age. Let’s start seeing each other more fully.
