You will be working for one principal and her son within their residence for one day per week, then overseeing the principal's rental properties which are all 2/3 bedroom. A candidate who is pet friendly is required as the family have dogs. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in private households and Airbnb, hotels, or short-term rentals, and be able to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet check- in/check-out times.
