From Michelin-star dining experiences to immersive brand showcases and full-venue takeovers, every event tells its own story. Our latest blog takes you behind the scenes of some of the most imaginative transformations our clients have brought to life at the Centre, including: 🍽️ Chef’s Table: where our third floor became a 300-seat fine dining restaurant featuring 26 Michelin-starred chefs. 💄 Beauty Beat: the UK’s only luxury beauty event dedicated to Women of Colour, which turned our spaces into a vibrant “haven for Black beauty.” 🤖 AI UK: a full-venue transformation by The Alan Turing Institute, complete with bespoke branding, digital installations, and immersive networking zones. The QEII Taste team are joining colleagues from across Levy UK & Ireland to take on the Endure 24 Challenge to raise funds for Paralympics GB! 💪🏃♀️ The challenge involves 24 hours of continuous activity, from walking and running to yoga and team games. 🗣️ If Rooms Could Talk…Darwin & Hawking. The fifth-floor thinkers with space to explore. Tucked away at the top of the Centre, these two are all about focus, flexibility and forward-thinking. Darwin brings calm, clarity and a clean layout, perfect for workshops, strategy sessions and away days. Hawking adds a spark of energy, adaptable, modern and ideal for presentations, team briefings or intimate networking events. 🧠 Quiet brilliance. 🌤️ Natural light. 🔄 Flexible formats. Up on the fifth floor, it’s all about big ideas in smart spaces.

❄️ Wrap Up London is back for its 15th year! ❄️ We are once again proud to support this amazing cause, helping homeless and vulnerable people across London stay warm this winter. From 3rd November to 5th December, the QEII Centre will be collecting pre-loved winter coats in good condition. Whether you’re hosting an event, attending a meeting, or simply in the area, please stop by and drop off your coat. Every donation counts. Together, we’ve already collected over 5,000 coats for Wrap Up London and with your help, we can do even more this year. Thank You, Mark! After 12 incredible years at the helm of the QEII Centre, our Chief Executive, Mark Taylor, is stepping down. During his tenure, Mark has overseen multi-phase masterplan refurbishment projects that have transformed our spaces, led the team to win over 50 industry awards, and delivered record-breaking revenues on multiple occasions. His leadership, vision, and dedication have shaped QEII into the world-class venue it is today. Mark reflects on his time leading the QEII Centre, “Serving as CEO has been a fantastic and rewarding journey. I am immensely proud to have worked alongside such a talented team of professional staff and partners, and the wider events community in London and beyond. I wish them, and the Centre, continued success in the years ahead We’re deeply grateful for Mark’s contribution and the legacy he leaves behind. Please join us in wishing him well for his future endeavours.

Another on-screen moment for the QEII! We are featured in several scenes of episode one of the new season of Slow Horses. Filming took place at the front of the QEII and in the Churchill, showcasing the versatility and cinematic backdrop our venue provides.
