10 years ago, RCM welcomed its first external investors and began a journey that has taken us from a small team of 30 on Hay Hill, to 350 partners and employees across London, New York and Singapore. Continued evolution has been a hallmark of RCM since our first day, but our mission has remained constant: to pursue high, durable risk-adjusted returns for our investors, through opportunistic and decisive risk-taking across public markets.   Thank you to our investors and counterparties for your partnership and support over the past decade. We were delighted to host Robert Hannigan, a former director of GCHQ, for a firmwide talk as part of our Knowledge Sharing series. Robert was interviewed by our CTO Amit Sudharshan for a wide-ranging discussion on cybersecurity both globally and locally. Robert also discussed his book on Bletchley Park and GCHQ, Counter-Intelligence: What the Secret World Can Teach Us About Problem-Solving and Creativity. It was an insightful and thought-provoking talk, and we thank Robert for sharing his time with RCM!

Congratulations to the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham students who received their A-level results today. We are looking forward to welcoming our new apprentices to our London office in September.

Last week, RCM’s New York office welcomed The Amos Bursary students to our 2nd Annual Insight Afternoon. Students participated in specialist talks with members of our Investment, Economic Research, Trading, Investor Relations, and Legal & Compliance teams, who provided insights into their day-to-day roles and career paths. We thank these motivated and talented students for taking the time during their US internships to spend the afternoon with us. RCM is proud of our long-standing partnership with the Bursary.

We are proud to congratulate the forty-five #RCMRunners who recently took part in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge in both London and New York, as well as the Standard Chartered Great City Race in London. Well done on your teamwork and strong finishes in these 5km+ races!
