Motiv Sports UK: Iconic Oxford Half charity places officially sold out! One of Oxfordshire’s most celebrated events, the Oxford Half marathon, has completely sold out with all charity places now secured. General entries for 2025 sold out in record time back in January and the event is now fully booked with next year’s event now the next time hopeful participants can take part. Official charity places were available to represent one of the Oxford Half’s 18 charity partners, including local charities like Sobell House Hospice, Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Yellow Submarine, among others. National charities like Cancer Research UK (CRUK), Alzheimer’s Society and Macmillan Cancer Support are also partnered with the event. The event last October saw over £1million raised for the official charity partners alongside thousands more raised by general entry participants running for good causes. Motiv Sports, who organise the event, also host the Blenheim Palace Triathlon in June and earlier this year saw 7,000 participants take on that challenge. Attention now turns to October 12 when the Oxford Half sees 13,000 make their way through the city. The race takes runners through the pristine streets of the historic city, out to Old Marston village and the River Cherwell, with University Parks hosting the event village that will house an array of vendors and entertainment for participants and spectators to celebrate together post-race. This is so exciting!! Such an amazing opportunity to share the GoodGym message to a new audience and get even more people involved in environmental action in their towns and cities. 💪 🌿 🏃♀️➡️ Thanks Sky Media UK and well done to the rest of the winners Tony's Chocolonely / Fussy / PÄRLA - Certified B Corp 🦷💙🌎 / WRAP /GUPPYFRIEND see you on the telly 📺
What does GoodGym have in common with a refillable deodorant and a chocolate bar? Along with a microplastic-filtering laundry bag, circular packaging, and toothpaste, we’ve all just been named winners of the Sky Zero Footprint Fund 2025 🎉 GoodGym is proud to be recognised in the Catalysts category, backing charities with bold, high-impact missions tackling the climate crisis. We’re in great company with these brilliant changemakers: Catalysts: WRAP Champions: Tony's Chocolonely Disruptors: Fussy, GUPPYFRIEND , PÄRLA - Certified B Corp 🦷💙🌎 After months of work, Dragons’ Den–style pitches, and some excellent storyboarding from the team, we’re ecstatic to start bringing our campaign to life with the support of Sky Media UK’s incredible platform. As our Founder and CEO Ivo Gormley puts it: “This work is disruptive and new – it's really exciting that Sky is backing a radically new approach to environmental action. At a time of fragmentation, this campaign brings thousands of people together to make their cities greener. It’s not about escapism; it's making the here and now better and having fun doing it. To change, movements need platforms to tell their stories – and ours turns hope into action.” A huge thank you to the judging panel for backing our mission: Lindsey Clay, Stephen Woodford, Jo Fenn, Sarah JonesJones, David Garrido, Gideon Spanier, Chris Baker, Pippa Glucklich, Michelle Carvill, Marianne Matthews, Dino Myers-Lamptey, Alessandro Di Trapani, Ceri Sampson, Jenny Jones, Tim Pritchard and Nick Lewis 🙌 Let’s make our cities greener, together 🏃🌍✨

Our big data analysis piece has been 3.5 weeks in the making and I'm pretty sure Gemini Pro never wants to see me log in again. Here are my biggest takeaways so far: 1. Sports content creators are the absolute goat of selling items under £100.00. 2.3 minutes is the average time from someone clicking an affiliate link to purchasing through social media with the content creators promo code between the hours of 1900 - 2300 (the screenshot shows this). 2. Consumer AOV is 25% higher between 5am - 11am on most days and volume of orders is 45% lower than the rest of the day - but Thursday morning and lunchtime are the largest spend cycles. 3. Promo codes of over 10% increase basket size by 75.24% and one-time use codes / randomised codes further increase this by 17.00%. 4. Publishers who use price comparison widgets have the lowest number of touchpoints to purchase and only require 2 x touchpoints to make sales up to £500.00 and 4 x touchpoints to make sales over £1000.00. 5. People choose the cheapest shipping methods on a Saturday and Sunday and the most expensive (next day) on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I mean, this one was pretty obvious. I've sent a few people early drafts and got some great feedback on extra data they'd like to see. If you fancy checking out what we've put together so far and provide some insight, hit me up.

New Ultra Energy™ Drink Mix Pineapple & Ginseng: born from a story, built for performance. We’re proud to introduce the Ultra Energy™ Drink Mix Pineapple & Ginseng, a product shaped by years of shared kilometers, mutual trust, and innovation between Mathieu Blanchard and Näak. This limited edition was imagined during long training sessions and post-race conversations between Mathieu Blanchard and Näak’s co-founders, William Walcker and Minh-Anh Pham. United by a shared vision to rethink endurance nutrition, they set out to develop a product tailored for racing in the heat, when every detail matters. With its light texture and natural pineapple flavor, this drink mix was designed to refresh and sustain. We reduced the protein content to make it easier to absorb in hot conditions, and added ginseng, a natural adaptogen known to support mental focus and help the body cope with physical stress. More than a product, it’s the outcome of a story, one of collaboration, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of performance. Now available in limited quantities at naak.com
