Member Spotlight: George Pank of Good Yarn - a production company built on trust and stories with serious depth. George started producing films while working as a film and TV lawyer, kicking things off with All This Mayhem, directed by a childhood friend. Now, through Good Yarn, he’s developing everything from docs on women’s football and emerging rappers, to a genre-bending scripted project about the first Black Heavyweight Champion. Design that responds in real-time. At our Holland Park workspace, the roof isn’t just a roof - it’s a living, breathing system. Engineered by Adam Ritchie, the double-layered ‘bubble roof’ fills with soap bubbles to insulate the space - cutting the need for energy-intensive heating and cooling. Member Spotlight: Shillington Education, a global design school shaking up traditional education at Second Home Spitalfields. Founded in 1997, Shillington was built to bridge the gap between what design grads were learning - and what studios actually needed. Nearly three decades later, they’re still at it. From Sydney to London (and now fully online), they’re giving thousands of students the skills to launch creative careers - no degree required. Second Home’s creative energy has been a natural fit for their team: “Some of our best ideas (and mood resets) have come from the rooftop.
