STORY EVENTS IS A CREATIVE AGENCY. We tell the story of your brand, product or business through events. We’re a small London event management team dedicated to our clients. We work with our clients to understand their ethos and the message they wish to communicate. We then provide an unexpected, creative and individual event solution.As one of the leading event management companies in London, we know our industry inside out and make it our mission to know all the greatest venues and how to work within them. We’re super creative and challenge ourselves to come up with the most unique, unusual and exciting event venues, designs and ideas. A tough brief is right up our street and the bigger the challenge the better. Because let’s face it – it’s just more exciting that way! From managing a 45 minute event installation at one of London’s top museums to creating a high end dinner for 300 or turning a blank canvas venue into a winter themed wonderland – no problem; it’s what we do day in, day out.     What a rewarding day at the Healthy Living and Learning Centre! Smart Group Ltd, supported by our colleagues from Story Events and Moving Venue Caterers, came together to volunteer our time and make a difference. We had the privilege of spending the day with Age UK Bermondsey’s Healthy Living and Learning Centre, supporting their wonderful programme for local older people. From joining in a lively dance fitness class to helping spruce up the garden, sharing lunch and laughter with the members, and finishing the afternoon with a spot of Bingo (my first time, thank you to the audience for your patience and participation!), the day was filled with connection, kindness, and community spirit. A huge thank you to Georgia from HandsOn London and Kat and the team at the Centre for welcoming us so warmly and giving us the opportunity to be part of something so meaningful. We left feeling inspired by the incredible work being done to reduce isolation and create a vibrant, inclusive space for older adults. We’d be delighted to come back again!   • October is the season of fresh starts. With summer behind us and the year’s final stretch ahead, it’s the perfect moment to refocus, re-energise teams and get your head back in the game. Conferences are a powerful way to share ideas, align goals and inspire momentum... here’s a look back at some of the standout events we’ve created to do just that: Criteo: For their first Retail Media Summit, we transformed BAFTA 195 Piccadilly with striking projection mapping and digital displays. From speaker rehearsals to eco goodie bags, we handled every detail with the day culminating with a stylish drinks reception in the Richard Attenborough room. Mars: A four-day Leadership Summit for 150 Mars associates at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, featuring interactive sessions, breakout dinners and a keynote from Dame Kelly Holmes, rounded off with an awards ceremony and DJ-led after-party. Asset Management Group: We produced a multistage conference followed by an end-of-year celebration at the Hilton Metropole - complete with bespoke builds, vibrant entertainment and even trees on the dancefloor. SR-M: S-R-M, a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy, asked us to organise their first post-pandemic Associate Conference, focusing on networking, team building, strong messaging and a memorable gala dinner at the Hilton Waldorf.

  • It's been a busy week at Story,  filled with creativity and collaboration. Some of our highlights include: We joined the Somerset House 25 celebration, soaking up the magic of the iconic courtyard. We also headed to the JLA Speakers Festival of Speech, where thought-provoking voices from politics, broadcasting and tech left us feeling inspired and energised.

  • This #SecondHandSeptember we’re spotlighting the hard work our Show team do to ensure graphics and stands, one of the biggest sources of waste from shows, are reused in meaningful ways within the community.

    This #SecondHandSeptember, we’re celebrating how our exhibitor stand graphics have been given a second life. One of the biggest sources of waste at trade shows is signage and branding. This year, instead of going to landfill, our graphics were: ✨ Donated to local schools, where they’ll become backdrops for festive performances and creative projects. ✨ Shared with a reuse charity, transforming trimmings and props into arts & crafts materials for the community. A big thank you to everyone who helped us make this possible 💙

  • Today marks the final day of Secret Cinema: Grease – The Immersive Musical at Evolution London. The Story team have loved celebrating at the Smart summer party and attending with clients, friends and family throughout the run. Secret Cinema continues to set the bar for immersive storytelling in London - transforming iconic films into fully interactive worlds. It’s a reminder of how powerful creativity can be in reimagining live experiences. For us, events like these aren’t just entertainment, they’re inspiration. They challenge us to think differently about how we design memorable moments and push the boundaries of what events can be.

  • Yesterday we came together to celebrate Victoria Hinch work hen party before heading into a summer social with our friends at Venue Search London. The evening began in the office with a delicious spread, including the most beautiful cakes from Moving Venue Caterers (a big thank you to Sarah!). From there, we made our way to Clays Moorgate for cocktails and virtual clay pigeon shooting. We love Clays as a unique, competitive socialising venue - the perfect mix of stylish interiors, great food and fun experiences. A fun night had by all and a huge congratulations to the wonderful Vicky!
