About us
Using our partnership model of personal and professional development we seek to empower young British people of African and Caribbean heritage to fulfil their academic and career potential and give back to society. Since 2009 we have been connecting universities and businesses with a pipeline of exceptional talent, enabling them to address social mobility, diversify their student intake and workforce and create role models for the future. We are changing the narrative about our young people and overcoming negative perceptions. Our Values Ambitious We are driven to make dreams a reality and support students to achieve their potential. We are motivated to succeed. We are serious about our goals so put the tools in place to achieve them. We take action and get results for our community of young people of African and Caribbean heritage. Excellence We promote excellence and enable natural talent to flourish. We see the bigger picture and recognise that not all lessons can be taught in the classroom, but need a nurturing environment or access to opportunities. Collaborative We build strong relationships, connecting individuals and businesses with bright, young talent. Young people who are smart, savvy, and entrepreneurial. Togetherness and building a community are integral to everything we do.
