🚨 Ad No.7 just poured itself an Old Fashioned and strutted out of Sterling Cooper. 🥃 Big love to everyone who’s already grabbed a copy of Agency Tales. Apparently it’s “selling fast”. Which, in Amazon terms, means a bunch of very enthusiastic pixels are working overtime. 🖥️💨 Think you can out-headline the pros (me)? Prove it. Slide into my DMs with your finest lines. The winners will earn eternal(ish) glory in the campaign. Expect inner pride, light applause, and possibly one pity-like from your old CD🥂😎✨ Every penny from Agency Tales goes straight to The Creative Floor Awards Talent & Diversity Fund. Because beneath all the cynicism and caffeine dependency, we do actually care ❤️ Time to sit in a swivel chair, swirl your drink, and act like this book is your advertising epiphany. 👉 Paperback & Kindle await: https://lnkd.in/ejw6Hasp

Today’s DM: “What do you do if you’re told the client ‘responds better to men’?” Ah yes. The 2025 version of “Can you make it pop?”, but with a side of sexism. Let's meet your new friend: conflict. Most of us spend our lives avoiding it. We’re trained to keep the peace, smooth things over, and make everyone feel comfortable. But conflict isn’t the enemy. It’s the accelerator. It’s that knot in your stomach. Uncomfortable, yes. But conflict is the enabler for the average to become good. The good to become great. And the great to become legendary. So when that line gets dropped, don’t swallow it. Document it. Ask them to put it in writing. If they won’t? You put it in writing. To your boss or your team. Still ignored? Time to see what their boss thinks about it. Because stupidity tends to evaporate quickly in sunlight. ☀️ And if your agency won’t back you up? Well, that’s another conflict worth having. Because any agency that tolerates that kind of thing doesn’t deserve your talent. And luckily, we live in an age where calling it out has never been easier. So go forth. Be brave. Use the gift of conflict as your new superpower 🎁 And good luck! ✨💥 If you want me to tackle any of your burning questions DM me today ☄️ 🔥

🚨Ad No. 6: When the client asks for something that “pops”. Send them this book. 💥📚 Thanks a ton to everyone who’s grabbed a copy of Agency Tales! It’s selling like hotcakes… on Amazon’s invisible shelves. I’ll take it. Still delicious. Think you’ve got what it takes to craft a headline that actually pops? DM me your best lines. The cream of the crop will be immortalized in the campaign. Fame, fanfare, glory, and the mildest LinkedIn notoriety await 🥂😎✨ All profits from Agency Tales go straight to The Creative Floor Awards Talent & Diversity Fund. Because even sarcasm can have a good heart ❤️ 👉 Grab your copy (paperback or Kindle) here: https://lnkd.in/ejw6Hasp

Today’s DM: "New CEO here. My SLT can’t tell what makes us different. They've said all agencies have the same Value Proposition. Is that true?" Oh, totally. We all "disrupt (with purpose)," "innovate," and "drive impact"… usually while recycling the same stock photos, buzzwords and creds decks from 2017. We’ve all been fed the classics: ✅ "Know your audience." ✅ "Build for the customer." ✅ "The customer is always right." Sure. Sounds smart. Feels virtuous. Look away now if you have a weak heart. This is going to offend many (including you). But it’s a lie. Rick Rubin nailed it when he said: "The audience comes last." When you build for the audience, you stop building from  originality (remember Steve Jobs?). That’s how artistry gets replaced by algorithms. Arrogant? Maybe. Effective? Absolutely. It’s how you make something timeless. Most people create to be seen. The great ones create to see. So, stop chasing attention. And start transmitting conviction. Stop thinking content creation. Start thinking about creating connections. That’s how you move from brand to belief. From attention to devotion. Stop building brands. Start building cults. (The good kind. Mostly.) Good luck and hopefully this sparks the kind of SLT conversation that actually matters 👍 If you want me to tackle any of your burning questions DM me today ☄️ 🔥
