🇩🇪🇪🇺 In Germany, many freelancers and small businesses keep money aside for taxes or upcoming expenses but too often, that cash just sits there, earning little to no return. At Tide, we want to change that. With Tide Instant Saver, entrepreneurs can now earn interest on their business funds directly through the Tide app . Here’s how it works: • 1.5% variable interest rate p.a. on all balances • 2% bonus interest (total 3.5% p.a.) on deposits up to €50,000. Available until March 31, 2026, for those who open a Tide business account and Instant Saver by December 31, 2025 • Funds accessible anytime, with protection up to €100,000 under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme • Interest calculated daily, paid monthly. All managed directly in the Tide app Anna Fromme-Schoen, Managing Director Germany, said: “Competitive savings rates are long established for personal customers — yet for small businesses and the self-employed, they remain rare. We want to change that. Business liquidity shouldn’t just sit idle in an account; it should flow into growth and new entrepreneurial opportunities.” Tide Instant Saver is another step in expanding our business management platform for freelancers and entrepreneurs, bringing banking, admin, and financing together in one place to help small businesses save time and grow.

It was a profound honour for Tide to participate in the renewed UK-India CEO Forum at the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025 in Mumbai, alongside some of the most distinguished leaders in industry, finance, innovation and public service, and in the presence of honourable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and Prime Minister of the UK, Rt. Hon. Sir Keir Starmer. Having our India CEO, Gurjodhpal Singh, seated at the table underscored how central Tide has become to the evolving UK-India economic narrative. This was built on the foundations of a close and deepening relationship. As India and the UK chart their path under the Vision 2035 and expand their partnership across trade, technology and investment, Tide sits right at the heart of this story. A few reflections: ➡️ Starmer arrived in India with a 125-member business delegation including CEOs, entrepreneurs, university Vice Chancellors and cultural leaders, representing the UK’s largest-ever trade and investment mission, signalling the scale of ambition both nations share for this partnership. ➡️ Tide’s mission — enabling micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with financial management infrastructure — aligns perfectly with the ambitions discussed at the Forum. In both India and the UK, SMEs are engines of jobs, innovation and resilience. ➡️ With the recent UK-India trade and investment announcements, Tide’s role is twofold: • As a UK-origin fintech deeply embedded in India, we stand as a bridge for capital, talent, and technology flows. • As a provider of financial infrastructure to Indian SMEs, we embody the on-the-ground impact of what deeper trade, digital integration and services liberalisation can deliver. ➡️ Tide already supports over 1.6 million micro and small businesses globally, more than half of which are in India, helping them manage cash flow, access credit and scale with confidence. ➡️ In the months ahead, as India and UK operationalise the Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Tide will serve as a catalyst for SME growth, cross-border fintech collaboration, and inclusive economic growth. To all the leaders, policymakers and partners who made this CEO Forum possible, thank you. We are inspired, humbled, and more determined than ever to contribute meaningfully to the UK-India shared future. 🌎 Today marks World Mental Health Day - a reminder of the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health. This year, we’re spotlighting one of our members, Dr Mahrukh Khwaja (BDS MAPP), Founder of Mind Ninja - an award-winning, mental well-being service for organisations. Mahrukh’s own experiences gave her a deep understanding of what it means to struggle with mental health. After witnessing burnout and poor well-being among colleagues in healthcare, she saw how often individuals were left to ‘cope’ alone within unhealthy workplace cultures. That experience inspired her to create Mind Ninja - to help build healthier workplaces and give people practical tools to strengthen their mental well-being before things reach a crisis point. At Tide, we’re proud to support entrepreneurs who are creating not only successful businesses but also healthier, more compassionate communities. 💙
