About us
Time to Listen specialises in providing counselling and therapeutic services for children, adolescents and families. We promote positive mental health and wellbeing by providing access to an outstanding counselling and therapeutic service, to reduce the effect of emotional and mental health problems as a barrier to learning. We support young people in achieving their potential in education, work and society in order to become a participative and involved citizen. Our work is predominantly with local authorities, schools, fostering and adoption teams in addition to private referrals. We specialise in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and are Ofsted registered as an Adoption Support Service. At present we have the only Certified DDP Practitioner in Hull and the East Riding.
