INSIDE BEAUTY‘s NEW SUPER AGENCIES: SCALE, STRATEGY AND CULTURE Thanks so much to BeautyMatter for including Together Group in their most recent article. Beauty, as well as wellness, has been one of our priorities from the day we started curating our group. It’s not just another sector, but part of our core, as we envisioned luxury to transform from product to experiences and saw beauty and wellbeing on the rise — with significant impact on sectors like luxury hospitality and property as well. As a result, most of our agencies have great experience in the sector: The Future Laboratory as a trusted foresight and consumer insight partner, Construct London in the design of unique beauty masterbrands, Noë & Associates in defining forward-thinking, wellness-driven hospitality and property brands, King & Partners in developing amazing campaigns, Metajive in creating AI-powered applications for the sector, NORTH SIX working on high-impact campaign and experiential-retail production for the world‘s leading beauty brands, OBO creating live events such as Le Defile for L‘Oreal in Paris and around the world, while PURPLE helps both nascent challenger brands as well as amazing established brands to cut through the noise and gather consumer attention, alongside FOLK COMMERCE LTD. who masters beauty activation on social, FRAME Publicity who uniquely understands the important Middle Eastern markets and, last but not least, Hot Pot China who takes beauty into APAC (as well as the other way round). And then there is Seven Dials City who supports beauty brands with corporate comms, whenever a founder or family-owned brand gets ready for sale, larger investment or IPO, or whenever reputation might be at risk. So the only two agencies I did not mention here are our digital-twin development and visualisation studios Imerza and Visualisation One who are focused on delivering for architecture and design, coming into play whenever it‘s about envisioning, designing, planning experiential consumer spaces, places, interiors and journeys, which is increasingly more important when designing for wellbeing in luxury hospitality, property and placemaking. PURPLE announces the launch of its new Global Talent & Partnerships Division, led by William Rice. Created to represent talent across music, sport, film and more, the division is initially based in PURPLE’s London and LA offices. With a strong heritage in talent, previously representing Prince, Adele, Lewis Hamilton, Bjork & Beyonce, PURPLE Talent opens with representation of Jamie Chadwick, the worlds no 1 female racing driver. The division launches in partnership with AUGUST, founded by Ebi Sampson and James Cunningham, the collaboration forms AUGUST AT PURPLE, enhancing how both agencies operate across global talent and partnerships. Duncan has over 15 years of senior experience across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and beauty. Prior to his time at North Six, he was part of the leadership team at FLUX, the fashion and luxury vertical at Monks, and held senior strategy roles at Wednesday Agency in London earlier in his career. At Together Group, Duncan will focus on client-facing integration and innovation; connecting agencies and disciplines around shared opportunities, unlocking new commercial pathways, and shaping cohesive, future-facing narratives that support our long-term growth across all our luxury and lifestyle verticals. Together Group has named Madeleine Boyd senior vice president, beauty and wellness, in a bid to accelerate its growth in a fast-growing market worth more than $6.8 trillion. Boyd was most recently global SVP at Karla Otto, and prior to that worked at the Australian beauty retailer Mecca. She will be based in London, but with a global brief, and her goal will be to consolidate and build Together Group‘s position in the beauty and wellness market.
