We were proud to host one of the City Giving Day Quiz Nights at Vorboss HQ, a big thank you to everyone who came along and supported The Lord Mayor’s Appeal and its ‘A Better City for All’ initiative.
In collaboration with amazing charities like The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales and MQ Mental Health Research, this initiative helps make London a better place to live and work, focusing on pressing issues like mental health projects and ending homelessness.
The Lord Mayor’s letter said this year’s event was one of the biggest and best yet, and the feedback has been fantastic. Couldn’t agree more. Great energy, great cause, great people.
At Vorboss, it’s always special to play even a small part in initiatives that bring the City community together.

Last week we hit another major milestone in our Future Network Programme as we signed the contract with ROC Technologies to become our long term Network Managed Service Partner. As SRO I am extremely proud of the work put in by the Programme Team to get us to this point, in particular Wayne Fitzgerald, Melanie Sanderson, Tara Crombie, Graham Venn, Dawn Polain and Samantha Kay. Also noting the significant contribution from Ronnie A. at Meta Procurement, Alistair Wilkinson and Carl Walker. The most exciting part starts now as we work with ROC Technologies to transform the networking across our 200+ sites, becoming one of the first public sector organisations to move to a full SASE implementation, going WiFi First and adopting the latest WiFi standards.
