We’re a small but mighty, B Corp certified, creative distillery. As a creative agency, a nudge outside London in beautiful Berkhamsted, we distil brilliant and complex ideas to captivate audiences. Whether this is through presentations, infographics, reports, toolkits or animation - we create visual communication that stands out. Since 2010, our small hive of dedicated full-timers and an elite swarm of agile freelancers have buzzed with knowledge. Knowing the ins and outs of PowerPoint, leveraging AI to support creatives, collating in depth reports or articulate animation, we've got the expertise to help deliver the desired impact.   • Keeping brand consistency across multiple regions, teams, and timelines is no small feat.     Finalising the very last slides for my new keynote talk – 'Strong Enough to Struggle'. This is, without doubt, the most personal talk I’ve ever written. It’s about redefining resilience, challenging the old idea of what it means to be “strong”, and what happens when the tools you’ve relied on for years suddenly stop working. At its heart, it’s about connection. With ourselves. With those around us. And with the people we lead. Huge thanks to the brilliant team at Waggle | B Corps for their creative input and attention to detail. They’ve helped me shape the story and bring the key lessons to life in a way that’s clear, human and practical. I’ll be delivering this keynote for the first time in a few weeks to 300 employees from across Europe at Samsung Electronics. I believe 'Strong Enough to Struggle' is a message that many leaders and organisations need to hear right now: that real resilience isn’t about silence or suppression, but about recovery, connection, and having the courage to ask for help. I kept things bottled up, didn't ask for help early enough and suffered unnecessarily as a consequence. I’m looking forward to sharing this message more widely in the months ahead. As our growth lead, wearing many hats 🎩 , Tessa is all about making connections happen, bringing Waggle’s work to the world and building relationships that go beyond the brief. With a background spanning global marketing, agency life and even a school librarian, she brings warmth, wit and a people-first mindset to everything she does. Tessa is passionate about putting clients first, growing genuine connections and injecting a sense of fun into most things. From growing our #BCorpUK network and #BeyondTheBlock event to championing purposeful design, she’s all about building community and making work more human. A lover of laughter, trivia and slightly chaotic quizzes, Tessa believes that joy and impact go hand in hand.
