↗️ September is a big old month here at We Are Fulfilment. 😵💫 After the placeholder month which is August - with holidays and time off galore, we are venturing on our largest project yet. 🏢 It's our biggest expansion to date as we move into a larger premises. ➗ After 2 years of being under 2 roofs within Nottingham - we reunite the team and are coming under one roof. 🪴 Not only does it mean we have more capacity, more equipment and more focused growth plans - it also means we have all of our expertise in one place. 💕 Having 2 premises has been amazing and allowed us to keep doing what we are doing at the pace we want to do it - but being in and around the whole team doing their thing in one place is going to be a seismic positive shift. 🛤️ Holly, Alec, Richard and the rest of the team are incredibly excited about stage 3.0 of WAF; being able to expand our services and increase momentum. 🗣️ More exciting updates to come as we brace ourselves for a great peak!

From humble beginnings to high-volume, high-quality operations today — this has been built with intent, not luck across our two Nottingham fulfilment centres. If we laid the shipped orders end to end, they'd stretch from our Nottingham HQ all the way to London and back again. No shortcuts. No templates. 📅 5 weeks of not posting on LI is the longest time I have ever gone in 4 years since we started We Are Fulfilment. 🤝 Like Richard Ardis and I say a lot - LinkedIn has been an unbelievably powerful tool for us and is one of our key pillars. ❌ But it's tough. 🪨 It's tough to continue to post when life is dealing you a rough hand and you aren't in a great headspace. 🪨 It's tough to continue to post when you have let a client down. 🪨 It's certainly tough to post when bereavements and personal challenges knock you for six. 🚀 On the other hand, I know that my network is awesome and can provide a lot of positivity in so many ways. 📈 Everyone person and business has challenges and being transparent with this is one of the things that get us all through. 📈 Connection and growth are the very things that get you through grief, mental health, business challenges and ruts. ✊ So to anyone who needs to hear it: you're amazing, you'll get through it and keep going. 🗣️ My favourite philosophies of life, business and resilience always reinforces itself. ☀️ "The night is darkest just before the dawn" 💪 Stay strong all.
