Transforming dietary habits through an AI and neuroscience-driven app.

About us

Syft Health Ltd. is a pioneering healthtech company combining AI and neuroscience to transform users lives. We are the creators of Wist, an advanced chat-based nutrition app that uses gamification to reward positive dietary choices. Wist is an extraordinary diet tracker. But it doesn't just count calories. It’s a full dopamine reset for eating habits. Unlike calorie counters that rely on willpower and restriction, Wist helps users want to make healthier choices - without even noticing the shift. By making diet tracking a form of social entertainment, we have transformed diet apps. For the first time, users don’t get bored and turn off. Instead, daily usage increases and long term reward system rewiring takes place. At Syft Health Ltd., we're committed to improving health through tech-driven innovation. We're passionate about what we do and the impact we're making on the health and wellness landscape.

  • Our app is all about making healthy eating feel natural and easy. Backed by a University of Exeter study, we’ve found that it takes less mental effort to use than the big competitors, and the results speak for themselves: users are effortlessly eating more fiber and more fruits and veggies every day. In other words, we make healthy habits feel like second nature.

The results are in from the University of Exeter – and Wist crushed it. 72.5% of Wist users logged daily. MyFitnessPal? 20.4%. NHS-standard 24hr recall was just 13.7%. Our neuroscience-led approach drives unheard-of levels of engagement for a nutrition app. And it works: users don’t just log, they actually change their diet habits. Looks like we’re ready for launch. 🚀

At Syft, we’re reimagining how you can track your nutrition - whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, support a healthy pregnancy, manage menopause or simply feel your best. Over the past 18 months, we’ve developed a groundbreaking AI-powered app. No more manual logging. No more endless searching through lists of food items. Crucially, Syft makes it effortless to stay the course. While traditional approaches often fail to address the complex drivers behind our eating habits, Syft is grounded in neuroscience. We’re currently in final testing before launch in the New Year. We can’t wait to get going!
