I have recently completed a free online course for suicide awareness training supporting autism. The Zero Suicide Alliance course provides guidance, knowledge and support to help recognise the signs of suicide in individuals with autism. The course also guides you through senarios which are helpful to use in day to day life. I encourage many to take this course regardless of what profession or study one is in as it helps build a society of empathy, awareness and support. #suicideawareness #ZSA
