We conducted an analysis to determine the introduction of a potential Nespresso delivery service, Nes-Truck, in the city of Milan. The analysis was carried out by developing a questionnaire given to 200 people in Milan then analysed using SPSS. The aim was to analyze consumers' perceptions about the concept of the kiss and their approach to art and museums, and consequently develop a marketing strategy for the exhibition of Gallerie d'Italia dedicated to “The Kiss" by Francesco Hayez. Qualitative analytical techniques of focus groups and indepth interviews were conducted for the development of the project. The final project was presented to Galleria d’Italia top managers and Bocconi professors at the Galleria d’Italia in Milano.
