Ok, so today is the OCA, the Odoo Community Association contribution Tuesday and it's Helpdesk o'clock ⏱️ For some of Odoo users the Helpdesk app is something associated solely with Odoo Enterprise. Meanwhile there is an open source alternative from the OCA, the Odoo Community Association: https://lnkd.in/eF6kVbyU And although it may seem that the basic functionality of the Odoo EE helpdesk is much superior of those the OCA one, the core advantage of the OCA solution is that it's open-source and thus new features can be added easily not constrained by commercial license.
