The project, divided into four areas of study:

•Characterization and production of new furniture and equipment for the Laboratory
Domain B:Work measurement
•Time study for 11 activities in the laboratory, products using "work sample" methodology
•Setting time standards for products/services laboratory activities
•Laboratory multi dimensional research (statistical analysis, graphs, multi dimensional & histograms)
•Concentration insights and conclusions (improvements) - from the lab time study
Domain C:Service technician
•Investigate planning and definition & incentive pay
•Excel-based software construction for studying and planning service technician's activities
•Building a platform (Excel) D.B. Cross, calculation and presentation of incentive pay.
•Incentive pay setting model, an "integrated model"
•Production analysis and statistics - of outputs premium service technician
Domain D:Organizational structure and principles of work processes
•Improving and streamlining the organizational structure - technical service department
•Re-setting responsibilities and authority in the department
•Improving and streamlining procedures in the service department and service laboratory tasks
•Concentration of recommendations and conclusions (improvements, configuration, work processes and principles)
The project met all objectives and goals. All the recommendations and conclusions are listed in all four areas of the project - were implemented in practice Aminach. Furthermore, the project was a quality platform for further progress by leveraging board member.

Whichit was selected amongst 42 other startups to take part in the Pitch@Palace Boot Camp, at Imperial College London. The judges had a difficult decision selecting 15 companies that would actually progress to pitch at St James’s Palace in front of The Duke of York.
At the main event took place at the St James´s Palace in London. With guests that included 300 business leaders…Whichit is the winner of the People’s Choice Award at the Pitch@Palace 0.4 by the Duke of York!

But the game has changed: most PE-backed businesses today are already high-margin at entry. There’s simply less room to optimize. Even when margins do expand, it’s often due to operating leverage from buy-and-build, not classic operational improvement. 👉 That’s just one finding from our new Value Creation in PE report. 🔗 Link in the comments
