I watched Elena Verna (Head of Growth at Lovable) speak at #ProductCon AI yesterday, and one idea stuck with me: “Your brand can be your moat.” 👀 Not just a layer of polish or a marketing wrapper, but a true product differentiator. One that makes your experience easier, more delightful, more trustworthy. One that users actively choose, even if alternatives exist. We often talk about brand like it’s a billboard or a campaign, but increasingly, brand is shaped through product. It’s the little moments: ✅ how fast the product loads ✅ how support speaks to you ✅ how copy is written ✅ how you feel when you finish a task In that sense, building brand isn’t something the marketing team “does”. It’s a product and growth lever, and a compounding one at that. The takeaway for me: If you’re not actively building your brand into your product, you’re probably leaving defensibility on the table. #brand #moat #lovable

With all the crazy acquisitions last week, we didn’t want to be left out of the party. Excited that Prefab has joined Reforge! We just launched 2 new features at OpenPhone that I'm really excited about!   1) Multi-level phone menus   We all know the feeling of calling a business and sitting through 10 different options on the automated answering machine. Now with multi-level phone menus, you can create layered menus where people can get where they need to go without wanting to hang up. Each menu option can route to another menu, person, group, or Sona.   2) "Go to" step in our call flow builder   We know how frustrating it is when you have to rebuild the same configuration over and over. So now you can route callers to a different step you've already created. It keeps call flows clean, consistent, and easy to maintain.   --   What I love about both of these is that they let you create sophisticated call flows without making callers jump through hoops. The "Go to" step is available on all OpenPhone plans. Multi-level menus are available on Business and Scale plans.   I recorded a quick demo showing how both work below. I'll also leave more information in the comments!
