- Delivering over 65 Xbox Consumer Events Across EMEA

- Forging and Developing brand new EMEA-wide relationships with a Key Payment Provider. Setting up a trial execution which will now serve as a "White-label Solution" to take to other markets.

- Forging, developing and executing a unique partnership promotion alongside Phillips Electricals. An EMEA-wide live-streamed event - generating over £1.1Million in Media Value for Xbox

- Creating a ‘White Label’ case study of a unique and innovative co-marketing campaign, which is now used to base future promotions of this type across EMEA, and to attract new partners to the types of opportunity available when partnering with Xbox.

- Bringing together teams from all over EMEA to face an American Pro team and working with an External partner to work to multiple objectives.

The BeYourFuture team, has expanded in FY16 from being viewed by approximately 40 countries, to reaching over 145 countries worldwide.

For the Microsoft UK 101 team which has driven the most business impact across not only the UK Sub, but the Microsoft eco-system as a whole. For showing collaboration with both internal and external teams at Microsoft and producing outstanding and innovative results.

The BeYourFuture team, has expanded in FY16 from being viewed by approximately 40 countries, to reaching over 145 countries worldwide.

This year the BYF team has collaborated with interns from over 15 regions across the EU to produce inspiring and informative content on the brand new BeYourFuture Blog page.

The team has been recognised nationally, as one of the best graduate recruitment sites in the UK. Ranked 3rd best graduate recruitment website, in the Target Jobs Graduate Recruitment Awards 2016. Also, the team has been recognised for excellence in social media, in the Guardian Top 100 graduate recruiters awards.

The team, ran solely by interns has competed and impressed amongst other contender in the field, all without a budget and run on a part-time basis against well-funded professional marketing organisations with dedicated full-time employees producing the content/site maintenance.

Average views per month has shown a 57% increase, with over 40,000 more views than in the last two fiscal years.

With a brand-new, intern built website - the blog is now an attractive and entertaining source, of valuable information for all potential applicants to the Microsoft UK Apprentice, Intern and Graduate programmes. Show less
