Welsh Freight and Logistics Plan critical to future growth, says Logistics UK’s Policy Manager Josh Fenton In less than a year Wales will have a new government. Whichever party succeeds, Logistics UK is urging all concerned to engage with our sector in order to create economic growth. Logistics underpins the Welsh economy, delivering for its households, businesses and public services, every day, via road, rail, sea and air. There are more than 8,000 logistics businesses in Wales employing over 90,000 people, representing 6.7% of the total workforce.
