Video Design has been a leader in video technical production for many of the United Kingdom’s largest touring acts and live events for over 10 years. We have secured a unanimous resolution to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of approximately 50% of the BBC Elstree Centre TV and film studio, in North West London. The proposals include the transformation of current studios and ancillary spaces into 266,000 sq ft of modern media campus for the high-end TV and independent film industry. AXA IM Alts will rebrand the campus as ‘Fairbanks Studios’, reflecting its heritage, having been owned and operated by Hollywood legend Douglas Fairbanks Jr in the 1950s. The redevelopment will deliver state-of-the-art facilities in an established location, with a rich history in screen production.
