Together, we aim to build the best place-based college group in England, strengthening opportunities for learners, staff, employers and communities across Devon. Our Midlands team has been appointed to deliver a transformational new secondary school and sixth form at Bramcote College, in partnership with The White Hills Park Trust. The new 5FE, three-storey facility will provide a modern, inclusive learning environment for up to 750 secondary and 200 sixth form students — right on the existing college site. Enabling works are now underway to prepare the site for construction of the new steel-frame, brick-façade building. Designed in collaboration with Arc Partnership and procured via the SCAPE Construction framework, the project will be delivered in phases to minimise disruption — with main works starting in 2026. Through a comprehensive plan, our team will be targeting 30%+ social value return, sourcing local labour and subcontractors within a 20-mile radius to ensure the community directly benefits.
