    A comprehensive and cutting-edge e-learning programme using best practice content and world-class e-learning activities and techniques including an animation and a video of the CEO.

    The four areas covered were: Organising for safety (covering key requirements and personal responsibility), The working environment (machinery and workplace), Health (personal protective equipment – PPE) and Procedures (reporting accidents and incidents).

    The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)

    BB&A was awarded the IABC EMErald Award of Excellence for its work in helping Anglo American, a global mining corporation, to engage its front line employee workforce in the important issue of transportation safety. Early adopters of the programme in Brazil reported a 50% reduction in transportation-related incidents.

    The judges summarised the programme as "A well planned and effective strategy that was focused on changing behaviours and getting people to take ownership of their own actions. the leader-led workshop approach was outstanding, getting people to learn from real-life experiences".
