We recently wrapped up a powerful ServiceNow Global Leaders Summit—two days of honest discussion, big ideas, and inspirational moments. One of my personal highlights—sitting down with Professor Scott Galloway for a thought-provoking conversation about the business landscape and our role in making the world a better place. What I appreciate most about Scott is that he doesn’t just talk about the future; he challenges leaders to meet it head-on. We talked about the impact of AI, bold leadership in times of disruption, and how to fuel growth by putting people at the center. A few takeaways that stuck with me: ❇️  AI is unlocking one of our most valuable assets: time to invest in our growth, teams, and ourselves. We need to take advantage of the opportunities that AI creates for our people. But we also have to use it wisely in ways that enhance human connection. Loneliness is a real risk, one that won’t be solved by more tools, but by prioritizing the wellbeing of employees and nurturing the very skills they need to grow in an AI-powered world.  ❇️ Bold leadership is about taking risks and betting on the long game. People tend to overestimate the risk and underestimate the upside. It’s okay if something doesn’t work; just be agile and know when to stop or move ahead. ❇️ Failure and rejection are key to being successful. A lot of “no’s” means you are doing something right or you’re onto something new. Don’t be afraid; give yourself (and your teams) permission to learn by doing.  ❇️ Culture matters. When you water your people by providing feedback and encouragement, you fuel their growth. Leadership is not just about keeping pace with change. One of the best kept secrets in tech continues to make its way out! - "It was an astonishing quarter—and demand for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure continues to build... we expect Oracle Cloud Infrastructure revenue to grow 77% to $18 billion this fiscal year—and then increase to $32 billion, $73 billion, $114 billion, and $144 billion over the subsequent four years. ADP held its yearly Innovation Summit on September 3rd 2025 at the beautiful Esses House Hotel in Manhattan. It was the first time ADP combined its partners (advisors) and analysts - which did not affect the quality / information of the event. Key takeaways are that ADP has lived up to its promisses for AI from Analyst Day 2024 - and ADP Assist is now part of all ADP #HCM products. After many years of not getiting ADP Lyric to show traction, ADP has now solved the 'riddle'. According to Sreeni Kutam it was the right timing of product maturiy and market demand that helped. ADP passed the key milestone of more net new customers adopting ADP Lyric than existing customers (of course this is a lot of business and focus). The ADP Marketplace remains the strongest HCM marketplace - because it got the founding rules right (all welcome, except for payroll) - and has stuck to them. Not surprisingly (due to the recent WorkForce Software, an ADP company acqusition the work on the Workfroce Management (WfM) has just stared and needs more work on direction / roadmap etc. - but there is tremendous upside for ADP to convert this from partner to organic revenue in the years to come. There is less focus on ADP GlobalView at this event - nonetheless ADP shared that it is innovating both on the offering side (SAP Rise) and platform side (SAP BTP). (Much) more at ADP ReThink in January 2026. Overall congrats to ADP for positive adoption news, more than solid work on the AI side and consisten innovation across the products.
