  Today, we held our first National Senior People Professional Network event! 🎊 We were delighted to be joined by senior professionals from across the UK for a lively and insightful session. Rachel Suff, Senior Employee Relations Adviser at CIPD, shared findings and reflections from the latest CIPD Labour Market Outlook, Health & Wellbeing at Work 2025, and Good Work Index reports. A new CIPD Trust bursary fund, in partnership with Company of HR Professionals Human Resource Professionals Charitable Trust (HRPCT), will help charities upskill and strengthen their people practices. Successful applicants receive funding towards tuition fees for the CIPD Level 3 Foundation in People Practice qualification and CIPD student membership. The bursary prioritises applicants whose learning will directly support fair, inclusive, and sustainable people practices in the nonprofit sector. 📅 Applications open 1 September 2025 till 1 December 2025.
