Making waves for inclusivity 🌊 ExxonMobil Fawley has partnered with the Wetwheels Foundation to provide a two-day sailing adventure for 80 children with profound and complex disabilities. Joel takes over the reins at Fawley. Experienced operations leader, Joel Mizen, has taken over as Site Manager for the ExxonMobil Fawley complex, replacing Nick B. who, after three years in the role, is taking on a new global assignment. Canadian born, Joel brings experience of downstream operations at ExxonMobil facilities in both Canada and the US, and joins Fawley at a pivotal time in the site’s 70-year history.
