PowerShell Module for VMware Cloud Foundation Logging Management¶
VMware.CloudFoundation.LoggingManagement is a PowerShell module that supports the ability to
generate HTML logging configuration report and manage logging configurations across your VMware
Cloud Foundatiоn instance.
With these cmdlets, you can perform the following actions on a VMware Cloud Foundation instance or a specific workload domain.
The module provides coverage for the following:
- Generate a logging configuration report for the components across your VMware Cloud Foundation.
Components:
- VMware SDDC Manager
- VMware vCenter
- VMware ESX
- VMware NSX Manager
- VMware NSX Edges
- VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle
- VMware Aria Operations
- VMware Aria Operations for Logs
- VMware Aria Automation

Support for Newer Major Releases
This module will only be sustained for supported versions of the VMware Cloud Foundation releases listed above to address critical issues. You can find general details on supported versions in the Broadcom Product Lifecycle.
Please note that this module will not provide support or new enhancements for future major releases of VMware Cloud Foundation. If you're planning to upgrade to those newer releases, we encourage you to explore alternative in-product or custom automation solutions.
