Our new #StriveWomen Baseline Report, written by Tanvi Jaluka and Laura Beresford, provides evidence of 4 key challenges women face when trying to grow their businesses in Pakistan, Peru and Vietnam: 🔹 Limited safety nets – Women entrepreneurs remain vulnerable to economic shocks. 🔹 Foundations are strong, but growth is constrained – Many have solid business and financial management skills, but need support to scale. 🔹 Confidence vs. access – While confident in their abilities, many are unsure about accessing external support and resources. 🔹 Stress and mental health strain – Success often comes at a cost, but strong family and community support can make a difference.
