But that’s exactly what happened. “Joining StarCamp has truly been one of the best decisions of my career”. Tommy shares: “The vibrant,  modern office, the people and the energy make NAB Vietnam a great place to be. Tommy wasn’t always this outgoing. Before NAB Vietnam, Tommy was more reserved. But the open, supportive culture helped him step out of his shell.  “I feel comfortable approaching people, talking to them, making real connections,” he shares. “It’s easy to make friends when everyone is so open and supportive.” One moment that stood out is when a colleague invited him to join the sport clubs.  “It was such a fun way to connect with everyone” Tommy says. “The well-being benefits here go beyond work. More than 300 students from University of Information Technology (UIT), FPT Univeristy, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Science (HCMUS) joined the NAB Future-Ready Talent Roadshow - ready to explore what’s next in cloud computing and the careers growing around it. Anthony Vu - Lead, Cloud Engineer at NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam (NAB Vietnam), brought the room to life with real engineering stories — showing how cloud connects innovation across industries and why the world needs more builders who think in systems. “The cloud is growing fast - and the world needs thinkers, builders, and innovators to grow with it. That journey begins with you,” Anthony stated. Pinky Huy Le – our Senior Project Analyst, a former StarCamper, now mentoring the next generations of young talents through StarCamp by NAB Tech Academy, shared a truth that hit home: ✨ “The best thing you can build isn’t code — it’s confidence. Nearly 300 students from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) showed up to explore “The Future of Cloud Computing”. They didn’t just come to listen. They came to question, challenge, and dream bigger! This year’s challenge brings together students from more than 20 universities across Vietnam and Australia to explore how Generative AI meets Cybersecurity. At NAB, cybersecurity is at the core of everything we do - from protecting customers to ensuring regulatory compliance.
