If you were approved by both FTX and BitGo but did not receive a distribution on February 18, 2025, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Missed the January 30th cutoff: If you completed your application after the January 30, 2025 deadline, your distribution will occur in a later event. The exact timing has not yet been finalized.
2. High-value distributions pending: If you are expecting to receive more than $50,000 USD, distributions for larger amounts will begin later this year as part of a separate process managed by the FTX Estate.
3. Verification issues: Your account may not be fully verified by either the FTX or BitGo team. Please check your status to ensure all verification steps have been completed.

This segregation informs our settlement process. This will affect when you transfer assets out of your Go Account—either to another BitGo wallet or externally. Within your Go Account, you can trade using traded balances, e.g., you can buy 1 BTC with USD and subsequently sell 1 BTC, without restrictions or delay.
