It is as easy as:
Step 1: Go to Dell.com/orders and enter your order number.

Step 2: Select “Return/Replace Items”. Verify your identity and follow the directions to submit your return.
 
Step 3: Print return label and package your device in its original packaging for pickup, or bring it to a local drop-off location.
 
Step 4: Track your return online. Go to Dell.com/orders, enter your order number and select “View Details” to learn more. We’ll issue your credit or refund after we receive and validate your authorized return.
 
Dell values its relationship with you and offers you the option to return most products purchased directly from Dell. Here is our complete Return Policy.
