      This is not a good book. It’s trite and meaningless. There are whole chapters that are about absolutely nothing. There are a few passages that have some redeeming literary value but overall this book is a waste of time.

      I am a complete mess after reading this book. I knew what would happen and yet the ending still left me speechless and in tears. Beautifully done, I'm equal parts furious and in awe of Lauren Roberts.

      I think narrators definitely have a huge impact on the book. I LOVE the first two. Still thinking about them days later. Can’t wait for the third. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get past chapter 5 of this book. Makes me sad because I love the stories.

      This book ripped out my heart. But it was such a great book. I loved seeing things from Adena’s point of view. I really enjoyed it. And I balled like a baby.

      Such a great opportunity to get to know one of the lesser characters in “Powerless.” Lauren Roberts should teach a class on how to write chemistry between characters!
