About this ebook

Gods desire is that every one of his brides be ready for Him to use them for the saving of many lives (Genesis 50:20). We can only be ready for the Master to use us for every good work (2 Timothy 2:2021) by personally and corporately being cleansed and by faithfully interceding. He is more than able to bring our enemies and strongholds to their knees so they fall but we rise up and stand firm (Psalm 20:68).

The more God develops you in your prayer life, the more Psalm 55:18 will become true of your life. And with every victory and every defeat, you will increasingly see that He has only begun to show us His greatness and the strength of His hand (Deuteronomy 3:24).

In Precious Stones of Intercession, you will find clarity of purpose and strength to endure with:

Stories of churches, leaders, and individuals who have overcome spiritual strongholds with specific, persistent prayer
Examples of how to specifically pray for and over others without ceasing
Inspiration from Gods Word as it continually calls us to walk and talk with Him in prayer
Action steps for churches, leaders, families, and missionaries to practice intercessory prayer.

Angela Sansone

Angela Sansone has been walking alongside Jesus from her beginning days. As a two-month-old, she joined her parents on the mission field in Indonesia, witnessing the power of God’s mighty hand in her life in many ways.   She has had the privilege and the heartache of experiencing the victories and defeats that are a part of ministry life.  Many times as she walked through the defeats with Christian brothers and sisters, she often wanted to remove herself from the pain and the heartache of battling on the front lines.    She learned that in intercession, God bringing about the answer, the healing, or the change is often months or even years in the future.  She lives with her husband in Omaha, Nebraska.

For the Bride of Christ worldwide

Our prayers are much like precious stones. It takes time, perseverance, and tenacity to keep praying for God to break through to people’s hearts, lives, and situations.

When she first asked me to write the introduction to her book, I thought it odd. While I have a great deal of respect and love for both the author and the subject matter, there are many who have known Angela longer and seen her service to God in many areas for many years. Wouldn’t they be better candidates?

If I’ve learned anything at all about how Angela lives and gives of her life, one thing stands out: her surrender to the voice of God. I’ve met with, worked alongside with, and even battled with some consecrated Christians in my life—though I cannot imagine any as Christ-like 24/7 as Angela.

So when she asked me to write this, and again—my first thought was its oddity, I realized this might not be her request at all, but a request of the God she serves, by way of the Holy Spirit, to introduce this work to Christ’s Bride—His church.

It was in one of these church bodies that I first met Angela. Having heard of her ministry, of her teaching, and of her constant conversation of prayer, I began to observe some of her practice myself—though from a distance. Sometimes I experienced Angela’s work vicariously through someone singing her praises about the blessing she had been to them through an encouraging word of prayer. I would occasionally see her in prayer with someone at church. And she always moved with a purpose.

I like to arrive to church very early on Sunday mornings—sometimes before everyone else. It is as if God and I have our own alone time. In
