Chapter One
01. No-bake keto desserts: Peanut butter chocolate bars
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Ready in: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
For the Bars:
1. 3/4 cup (84 g) Superfine Almond Flour
2. 2 oz (56.7 g) Butter
3. 1/4 cup (45.5 g) Swerve, Icing sugar style
4. 1/2 cup (129 g) Creamy Peanut Butter
5. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Topping:
1. 1/2 cup (90 g) Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1. At first mix all the ingredients for the bars together and spread into a small 6-inch pan
2. Then melt the chocolate chips in a microwave oven for 30 seconds and stir.
3. Then add another 10 seconds if needed to melt fully.
4. Now spread the topping on top of the bars.
5. Final stage: refrigerate for at least an hour or two until the bars thicken up, and these bars definitely improve with keeping, so don't be in a huge rush to eat them.
Chapter Two
02. Keto cake – (The best chocolate recipe)
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 cups fine almond flour
2. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
3. 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa or additional regular
4. 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1/3 cup water or milk of choice
7. 3 eggs, including the vegan option listed earlier in the post
8. 1/3 cup granulated erythritol or regular sugar
9. 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
