He also has over twenty years experience in publishing, writing, editing, production, design, distribution, and new technologies.One of the things Sal loves doing in his spare time is travelling. He has been fortunate enough to have clients and work that has allowed him the freedom to travel and this is a great joy. Another interest is food and cooking. In his travels he has had fabulous days of market shopping and cooking in the most amazingly bizarre kitchens in Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet, Bangladesh, Korea, and China.
