    About the Author

    Isaac Johnson II was born in Port Royal, SC, to a U.S. Marine Corps father, Isaiah Johnson, and a state social worker mother, Annette Johnson. Raised with a strong balance of discipline and love, Isaac experienced a diverse upbringing, living on the East Coast, West Coast, and abroad. This exposure to various cultures laid the foundation for the perspectives and concepts he would later cultivate into a successful career as a leader in healthcare support services, contributing to the development of countless teammates. An All-CIAA honoree in both football and golf at Virginia State University, Isaac studied hospitality and graduated cum laude, serving others is at his core.

    Isaac is extremely engaged in his community and actively participates in teaching, coaching, mentoring, and certifying professionals across the globe. He is involved in multiple professional and civic organizations within healthcare and the cleaning industry.

    He enjoys traveling to new countries and experiencing different cultures. Additionally, he finds fulfillment in community service, providing resources, and conducting training sessions, continuing to make a positive impact.
